American Conference Institute Research Services (ACIRS) , a division of American Conference Institute, provides original content drawn from the presentations and discussions that take place at an ACI conference in collaboration with a sponsoring organization that desires:
- Expanded brand association
- Elevated thought leadership
- Targeted content association
Delivery
Throughout the duration of a selected ACI conference, a content professional will “cover” the event’s proceedings in order to create a summary document of the matters discussed. Specific comments and presentations will be credited either publicly or anonymously based on the decisions of the speaker faculty as ACI respects the importance of privacy to all of our conference participants.
Upon conclusion of an event, a short 6-10 page (based on length of conference and content discussed) Briefing Paper will be created. The Briefing Paper will be produced by ACI in the form of an electronic (pdf) document. A sponsoring organization will receive co-branding on the cover of the paper and may submit an advertisement for placement on the inside back cover. Only sessions from the main conference session will be covered. (Workshop and/or private breakout sessions will remain private.) The sponsoring organization will also have the opportunity to submit a one page introductory letter to be produced with the Briefing Paper introducing the content.
Distribution
The Briefing Paper will be made available to all attendees and speakers of the designated conference electronically following the conclusion of the event. Recipients will be informed of the paper and will either receive it directly via email from ACI or be directed to an ACI website for download. The sponsoring organization will have distribution and reproduction rights for the paper and may also post it on their website and/or distribute it to their respective client/partner/prospect networks.
