    The Paragraph IV Disputes Conference should be better than ever this year. The pre-conference workshop on Follow-On biologics will provide a great forum to discuss new issues presented by the BPCIA. The Myriad, Therasense and Microsoft cases will have been fully argued and may be decided. All of this will make the panel discussions more interesting and informative. The program looks great, even for those who have been around Hatch-Waxman for a while.
